SHIPPING & RETURNS 

All shipments within Colombia and internationally are sent with our delivery partner Fedex. Once order is processed you will receive an email notification with the shipments tracking number.

Please allow 24-72 hours to process your order. 

Please note that deliveries are done on business days Monday to Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 05:00 p.m Colombian time. If order placed during the weekend or holiday it will begin processing the next business day.

NR Beauty cannot be held responsible for any loss, costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Full policy:

1. Shipping & handling

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute after an order has been shipped from our warehouse. NR Beauty will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or have wrong data or omitted data necessary for its location. 
  • Please note, that if no signature is collect at the time delivery, you agree to these terms and conditions: to authorize NR Beauty to leave the package at the shipping address without obtaining a signature and release, and to indemnify NR beauty from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package at your shipping address without obtaining a signature. 
  • Delivery times appearing on the Website are estimated and are to be used only as a guide. Delivery times will start to be counted from the date of shipping. Please note that NR Beauty does not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.  

2. Returns

  • The merchandise purchased on the Website of ONLY SKINCARE (NO MAKEUP) can be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. We will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least half full.  Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, bags and other packaging materials. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 
  • We monitor return and refund activity and reserve the right to limit or refuse a return or charge a return processing fee if we find that our policies have been abused.
  • You are responsible for the shipping and customs costs associated with the return of the products. To return merchandise, please send back all items to the following address:
